PRODUCTIONS AND AIR SEA LAND PRODUCTIONS TEAM TO CREATE PROGRAMMING
FOR RAINBOW DBS’S “VOOM” HIGH DEFINITION SATELLITE
SERVICE.

NEW
YORK, NEW YORK (October 08, 2003) – 24FPS PRODUCTIONS,
INC, and AIR SEA LAND PRODUCTIONS INC announced today that they
have entered into an agreement to develop multiple high definition
programs for Rainbow DBS, the satellite service division of Cablevision
Systems Corporation (CVC - NYSE).
The two, one-hour programs will focus on the world of extreme sports
(including SCUBA diving, freediving, and more), and will debut in
the first-quarter of 2004 on the system’s new action sports
channel, Rush HD.
Rainbow’s satellite service, called “VOOM” will
offer a comprehensive array of 21 high definition channels starting
October 15, 2003 to customers across the continental United States.
“This is an exciting opportunity that combines the expertise
of ASL and 24fps to develop programming of an unmatched quality
for distribution on what will surely become the preeminent HD broadcasting
service,” said Thomas Strodel, President and CEO of 24fps
