Developed the brand identity, messaging, story and marketing vertical, for first of its kind underwater smartphone housing.

Deliverables included:

•  Marketing plan - launching into existing product category with competitors
•  Kickstarter video
•  Product identity (logo, bylines, etc.)
•  Initial Shopify based e-commerce site for all sales
•  All printed marketing materials
•  Product photography (catalog and editorial)
•  Casting
•  Producing two trade show launches: the Divers Equipment and Marketing Association (DEMA) show in Orlando, and Boot Düsseldorf, in Düsseldorf, Germany. Each show included the compete end-to-end production services of the trade show including facilitation, staffing, marketing, POS (Point Of Sale) system development, modular booth design, PR, all visual materials, press, etc.
•  Worked with management team to refine financial pitch deck for first round of investing
•  Developed reseller relationships and agreements for worldwide channel-based retail, and online sales
